There. A whole bunch of IP addresses were missing from the database. I found a great way to get all the Australia IPs at: http://www.ipaddresslocation.org/ip_ranges/get_ranges.php so I was able to at least add Australia into the missing group.
I'm sure in not too long someone from China will find they're showing up as Australia.
That's because I load save the country at time of registration into the User database. I'll change that so the country becomes dynamic so fixes to the IP list will also fix the display in the User list.

The ip2nation database I use is not perfect. I'll see if I can add your IP as Australia into it.

Isn't that strange. Shows as Australia with Australian flag when viewing posts, but shows as China with Australian flag when viewing User List.
