Would you mind adding to that file any other dates you feel Behold should check for, along with what is a suitable message to give on a NOTE line if they are not valid.
That will help me ensure that I'm testing for all the important date errors. Thanks.

I am wondering if the action and warning:
248: 2 DATE 01 MAR
** Date Invalid (#1): This date does not conform to GEDCOM standards.
could be changed to
248: 2 DATE 01 MAR
** Behold will change this to a date phrase by adding parenthesis.(#10): This date does not conform to GEDCOM standards.

Brett,
I don't think I have that in my datetest.ged file that I use for testing dates.
Since you've got interested in Behold's date checking again, would you mind doing me a favor. Take a look at my "Sort of a Date" blog post: http://www.beholdgenealogy.com/blog/?p=891
In there you'll find a link to my datetest.ged file:
