Behold 2 T939 dead nd need help - Categorized in: Questions and Answers

Samsung Behold 2 T939 won’t turn on and I can not figure out how to fix it. It’s phone issue. Tried an old oem battery and a new replacement battery off mpj, but none of them worked. I want to retrieve some important files and pictures for now. Connected to PC without any response. Removed the SD card and used SD card adapter but can not find any picture I need. How can I retrieve stuff stored on the internal memory? Thanks.
