I'm concerned about your commitment to this project. I don't understand how you could take off Mother's Day (if they have it the same day in Canada as the US) to celebrate with your family instead of slaving away at Behold. Wouldn't a couple of quick phone calls have kept everyone happy?
Seriously, I've been keeping up with your Blog and eagerly await the next release. It can't come fast enough for me. It looks like you're making some pretty good progress. Keep up the good work but be sure to take the time you need to keep the batteries charged. Behold will come along when you and it are ready.
Maybe you should have just kicked back, started to doze off and let your subconsious work out your Behold problems. I know that I've solved quite a few of my sticky programming problems in the shower, when I think I'm not thinking about programming. I guess that the brain is always working on stuff in the background and the quiet time in the shower must kick it into high gear. But that may be more than you wanted to know.

Ahhh, the mind of a programmer!
My current Blog at: http://www.lkessler.com/behold/behoblog.shtml only has 1 occurrence of "shower" in it,
but my pre-alpha Blog: http://www.lkessler.com/behold/behoblog2.shtml has eight!
A really good entry was my one from December 26, 2002.
