Since I had not received a license number from Primus; I decided to obtain a temporary one for evaluation. When submitting request using the name Beth J. Gay, I was unsuccessful but using the name Beth Gay I succeeded.

My goodness. I really have given you a tough time tonight.

I'll need more information to figure this one out. I've tried various combinations with and without a middle name or initial sent to my own e-mail address, and I can't get it to not work.
