At bootup off of the new drive: “Scandisk cannot read from the last cluster” and it again won’t boot. Why is this happening just some of the time? Time to boot from the old drive and do a “Thorough” Scandisk to check for bad sectors. Started it at 9:00 p.m. It had 1,831,212 data area clusters to scan. I left it running overnight.
