Sorry about the long time between posts, but life got in the way of Behold again last week. Our 2nd car, a 1986 Nissan (the one I drive) is literally falling apart and I have had severe doubts that it would make it through the winter. I had procrastinated long enough and had to go out and replace it, and now seemed to be the right time.
Well, as I am with everything, I had to analyze this to death to make sure I’d get the right car at the right price. There were a few all-consuming days and several test drives before I finally settled on a 2002 Mazda that I think I’ll be very happy with. Buying a car has to be one of the most stressful things you can do in life. Last night after it was all over, I snuck into bed at 9 p.m. and slept 12 hours!
So I didn’t get version 0.98 of Behold out last week. I’ll try hard to get it out this week. I did get the tag scheme resolved Tuesday night, and I have made progress in working through the user test data that I have. I’ve been left with a few things that will take more thinking than coding to resolve. I also outlined how I might set up a user-defined Title section for the Everything Report, but that might not make it into Behold until Version 1.0 or 1.1.
