Working through my sample data seems to be a never-ending process. I’ve done quite a bit, but there are still quite a few loose ends left. Some GEDCOMs use very strange syntax and it will take a little time before I get Behold to handle them all easily.
I really didn’t expect to get into this sort of checking before Beta testing, but I had to ensure that the new routines to complete the Everything Report were general enough that they would handle all cases. That’s now 99% assured and if I want to make any more progress, I better get this release out for everyone to try.
I fell about a month behind in my schedule. Adding the extra functionality to complete the Everything Report took longer than I expected, but that was a particularly complex part of the program to implement and I am pleased to get it out. I know it will have a few glitches here and there, but they’ll all be fixed either over the next month or during the Beta testing.
