The HEAD structure in the GEDCOM file contains the File Information. Some of the tags in the HEAD structure are the same as those used elsewhere (like the SOUR tag) but their meanings in the two contexts are different. To handle this, I extended the Tag definitions to allow separate definitions for the same tag under different top levels, if desired.

After defining the defaults for these new tags, the File Information now displays very nicely and is now done.
