Finished the Place List. I changed its internal structure so that the entries under each place would list first by event and then in the order the places occur in the everything report. The hyperlinks work. And the Tags now display as the Tag Text that the user can define in the Tags Page of the Organize Window.

I encountered a minor problem yesterday when testing the Place List. When there are many entries for a place, the entries may have to word wrap onto two or more lines. I use 4 spaces between entries to visually separate them. But when the four spaces are at where word wrapping may occur, then the next line may start with 1, 2 or 3 of these spaces. This looks imperfect since the left hand edge of all the entries should line up. I looked into the guts of the TRichview formatting routines to see if I could simply make it not fold the extra spaces when word wrapping. But those routines are very complicated and not easy to mess with, and I was unsuccessful after about 4 hours of trying. I reported this to Sergey (the TRichview author), and hopefully he’ll have a suggestion for me. But for now, I’ll put this tiny glitch into my To Do list. Why is it that the smallest problems sometimes are the hardest to fix?
