I looked through the ElPack code for the reason why the MouseFrame was being drawn after the mouse button was released. After some work I narrowed it down to what I thought was the problem. Posted it to the ElPack user Forum. Eugene responded that yes, this was a bug and confirmed the fix. I made the fix. It took 5 reinstalls to get ElPack working right again. This package is very sensitive about where it is built and what old builds may be laying around. It is much harder to make changes to ElPack than to TRichView. And I have not yet been able to figure out how to debug into an ElPack module like I can with RichView. But that’s now fixed.
