A few false starts this week on implementing the Instant Organize function. But tonight I made some progress. First step was to set up the right-mouse pop-up menus. I hadn’t done that before and finally got it going. Needed to do it in three places: at the Tree View, the Everything Report, and the Name Index.

Had to then determine what person was being selected. I saw this isn’t easy, because the IndiID is only directly available from the Name Index. The Tree View and Everything Report only has the user-assigned person number available.
