Thank you. I used the export and it printed out just fine. I have very large amounts of data in my Notes sections and that is probably what caused the problem. The export works fine though.

I am having a problem sometimes when I print. It doesn't happen all the time, just occasionally. The page is not centered and cuts off on the right side, with a large left margin. Any suggestions?Linda

This is exactly what I have been looking for! I have never found a way of printing it in this way in any other program (and I've tried most of them). I love it and am happy to be a license owner. I think I'll do a Snoopy happy dance.brknhrt
