If the find files screen is used, once the file list requires a scroll bar, the scroll bar is only half visible vertically. The part to the right of centre of the black up/down arrow is 'out of view'. Windows Vista, 1280 x 800 res.

While not obsolutely essential, I would use the Close icon from toolbar if it were located next to exit.

I don't know if multiple NAME tags is the best place for married surnames. The main reason is that it is not defined that way in the GEDCOM standard. I've not seen other programs use it for that, and other programs won't interpret it in the right way.
