Oops. I found it!
It's the check mark icon whose tool tip says "Selected/All Tags."
That cuts the number of pages of my report in half!

I'd like to leave out the lines in the everything report that start with "Unique ID", Surname", "Given Name", "Person ID", and "Change".
I'd like to give the report to relatives, and those items just add confusion to the output for them. And me. They are the items shown in lighter type than the rest of the ...

I've now added the ability to show just Descendants of the selected families into version 0.99.18 of Behold. There is a "D" button on the toolbar to quickly select this option.

That's sadly funny. 5 years of development, and Behold can't do that.
On the Organize -> Numbering page, in the "Order Individuals / Within Families" drop down box, I can add an option that says "Only Descendants". This shouldn't be too difficult to implement, since that is the same as "Up to Ancestors" but ...

I would like a report showing only the descendants of a chosen individual.
My everything report shows all the descendants of all the earliest ancestors of the chosen individual.
Is it possible to show only the descendants of this individual?

using version 99.9 and attempting to update to 99.1 using the "new version available" menu bar item the resulting box would appear to be cut short with no update button visible. this may be because my W7 Display is set to 125% in the control panel.

What version did you have? A couple of the older versions had a bug in the update procedure.
Try simply going to the Behold Download page and simply reinstall the program right on top of your current version.

I believe that version had a bug in the update routine.
Just go to the Behold Download page and re-install the new version right on top of the old one.
