Winz: Yes, AA means father is A and mother is A at that position. I can’t answer your 2nd question yet, because I don’t currently know much about what the whole genome results will provide. I have taken Big Y-500, so hopefully I’ll learn enough to be able to see if I can compare the results in some way.
